Job Title: HR Implementation Consultant (WFN or Vantage) (ADPTM)

Job Purpose:

As a WFN HR Implementation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of Workforce Now HR Modules to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure 
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources 
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project. 
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through the completion of the project including managing relationships with third-party vendors 
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates 
• Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues 
• Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience implementing ADP WFN or Vantage HR module(s)/products, and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, must be proficient in Excel
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
• Proven negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
