Job Description

Seeking candidates for TWO AR Specialists for a primarily onsite permanent position in the Charlotte, NC area. $26-28/hr Target.

Duties:
Manage weekly aging reports
Interacting with customers to collect outstanding balances and resolve remittance discrepancies
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Outbound collection calls and other communication methods
Resolves client-billing problems and accounts receivable delinquency in a timely manner.
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.

Qualifications:
3+ yrs B2B Collections with managing large customer case (Preferably multi-state)
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, research, problem solving and analytical skills required.
Ability to commute to Charlotte and work in office
