Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Rate: $44.00/hour on W2 (all inclusive)

Bill Rate: $65.80/hour on W2

NOTES:

This role is FULLY remote - Manager prefers someone with experience as an EA for a Chief Learning Office or someone in development/enablement.

Job Brief:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Business Partner (contract). The candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can operate well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. You will support the CRO & President of Global Sales and SVP/COO Global Sales. This is a remote role - with some travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage calendar events for executives, handling sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organize quarterly high-level meetings including working with internal teams to source hotels, order catering and agenda and attendee management.
  • Manage and submit monthly expense reports for executives in compliance with company policy and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring schedules are detailed with well-articulated itineraries.
  • Manage internal and external event schedules and logistics in partnership with internal teams, including Sales Kickoff and user conferences.
  • Assist internal departments with the setup of new hires.
  • Assist new hires with expense reporting and travel systems and other internal processes and tools.
  • Assist Facilities with space planning and allocation for local Sales/GTM team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting SVP level, preferably experience supporting Sales and Go-To-Market organizations.
  • Experience scheduling large-scale internal and external meetings and events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, personable and a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple calendars, teams and requests.
  • Flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Ability to drive schedules and agendas with deeper understanding of context for meetings.
  • High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment
  • Proficiency in Google suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Coupa or related expense reporting software.
