Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Duties

Payroll and Benefits
Invoicing and processing bills
Prepare and run financial reports
Maintain appropriate filing systems
Manage emails and physical mailings
Assist and support Director
Seek out and apply for grants
Help with planning and develop processes to further business
Draft communications between school and parents
Order and track supplies
Execute special projects and other tasks as they are assigned

Requirements

Associates degree in business
Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Excellent Customer Service skills
Patient and reliable
Strong organizational skills
A love for children
Dynamic and positive personality
Must be able to follow direction
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to pass a background check. Applicants
must be motivated to complete all required coursework and training needed per state regulations.

Nice To Haves

First Aid Certification (Preferred but not required)
CPR Certification (Preferred but not required)
