A well established Design/Build General Contractor is seeking an Architect to join AND lead their design team. Applicants should have 3+ years of experience and obtain their license or be working towards licensure completion.

Architect - Architectural Designer Qualifications - Requirements to apply

* 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture design
* Proficient in Revit
* Architecture degree
* Licensed in SD

Architect - Architectural Designer Responsibilities - What will be asked of you

* Collecting and using measurements and dimensions from site visits and integrating material data for designs.
* Leading and working with a team of designers
* Coordination with clients, contractors, and consultant engineers to exchange needs and designs.
* Producing design plans for management and client approval
