Job Description

We are seeking an Architect Designer who is dynamic and high initiative individual with more than 5 years of experience. Coordinating the designs with Consultants, Drafting, Problem-solving attitude, understanding of Construction are needed.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Work with Cities in understanding their comments and modify the drawings.
• Understanding of zoning requirements, building codes, building specifications, ComChecks.
• Revit support for the Senior Architect for new designs, modifications and changes in the designs.
• Coordinate RFIs
• Provide Markups to MEP and Structural Consultants while coordinating the entire building set.
• Support the Senior Architect and share his/her responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with minimum experience of 5 years.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial projects would be preferred.
• Highly skilled in Architectural Designs and drafting.
• Highly motivated to meet goals with strong self initiative.
• Highly skilled in Communication.
