We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional patient service and assisting with various administrative tasks. On the job training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient service to patients on instruction on use, care and maintenance.
• Perform hearing aid services including troubleshooting, in-house repair and maintenance.
• Responsible for shipping/receiving/ordering and inventory or hearing aid devices and accessories.
• Prepare patient materials including appropriate forms, documentation, and products.
• Interacting with insurance companies to obtain benefits for devices.
• Maintain organized records and files related to patient care and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office or clinic.
• Opportunity to cross train for front desk coverage, which will include patient scheduling and customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Experience

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
