What You'll Do:

As a Lead Installer , you will lead and execute high-quality bath installations, working with industry-leading products like Jacuzzi acrylic panels . Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Complete Installations:
  • Shower and bath demos.
  • Drywall and plywood backer installations.
  • Waterproofing and ensuring mold prevention.
• Delivering Excellence in Craftsmanship:
  • Accurately cutting and installing acrylic panels.
  • Performing light plumbing work and managing caulking and silicone prep.
  • Setting up and breaking down job sites efficiently.
• Team Leadership:
  • Mentoring and guiding junior installers to ensure projects meet our high standards.
• Maintaining Job Readiness:
  • Managing vehicle inventory and ensuring materials are stocked and ready.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for experienced professionals who are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will:

• Have 3+ years of carpentry (preferably trim carpentry or finish carpentry) or bath installation experience .
• Be highly skilled in cutting, measuring , and power tool operation .
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Have a clean driving record and meet DOT physical requirements.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs. or more .
• Be available for Monday-Friday schedules with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with start times around 6:00-6:30 AM.
• Occasional Saturday work as needed for project completion.

Work Location: On-site in New Castle, DE , serving the surrounding region, specifically near and around Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA.
