Position Overview

We are seeking a Booking Coordinator to oversee travel arrangements, support clients, and manage reservations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Confirm Travel Plans – Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions
• Assist Clients – Handle booking changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments
• Liaise with Vendors – Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely reservations
• Provide Outstanding Service – Offer tailored recommendations and solutions for clients
• Manage Booking Details – Track payments, issue invoices, and maintain reservation records

What You Bring

• Experience in reservations, customer service, or travel coordination (preferred)
