Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks to join our team. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software. Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with financial goals. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy. Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of audit documents. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in using QuickBooks software. Excellent knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of tax regulations and familiarity with payroll processing. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) is a plus.
