Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Remote - East of Mississippi Preferred - Mid Atlantic States

Salary : $130-140K + benefits and bonus

Requirements : 5+ years experience with designing packaging programs for ecommerce customers

Additional Ways In Which A Candidate May Stand Out Would Be:

• Packaging materials experience - ability to build/design a packaging program

• Prior experience creating ecommerce packaging programs

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement Strategies and Tactics to obtain new business, retain current business as well as  regain lost business to maximize product sales and market share. 
• Work closely with leadership team to execute corporate strategies and programs. 
• Use CRM for timely and accurate updates on lead status and sales pipeline. Review sales pipeline  with the focus on accurately projecting close dates. Provide quarterly business summary reports for key accounts and competitive market activity. 
• Work effectively as a collaborative team - Sales, Engineering, Test, Marketing

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales preferred
• 5+ years of field sales experience with knowledge of packaging materials
• Experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).  
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs as well as formulate and recommend solutions in a consultative manner.
