About the Role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have a knack for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

• Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
• Outreach: Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social media.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and ensure they meet a set criteria before passing to the sales team.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. 
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
• Partnership: Work closely with AWS alliances and partner marketing to develop joint GTM plans. 

Relationships

About the Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a Product SaaS.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with CRM software, working knowledge of AWS products and solutions. .
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player, proactive and adaptable.
