Job Title: Business Process Consultant Advanced

The Contractor is responsible for providing IT Staff Augmentation Services, including the necessary professional and technical staff to fulfill the requirements of this Contract. The staff must have the required skills and experience to perform assigned services effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of seven (8) years of IT experience , including at least four (4) years of experience in process engineering and four (4) years of experience in project management .

Performance and Standards:

All IT Staff Augmentation Services provided by the Contractor will meet the highest professional standards, consistent with industry practices in Florida. The Contractor must ensure that all staff remain current with industry advancements, maintaining proficiency in equipment and systems available in the commercial market, at their own expense.

The Contractor must also ensure that staff have the necessary licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals required by law to perform these services under this contract.

Role Overview:

The Business Process Consultant Advanced will optimize business unit performance by aligning business processes with IT solutions. The consultant will be responsible for addressing the day-to-day technology needs of the business unit and analyzing processes to identify problems and suggest solutions. This includes the design and simulation of complex system processes and understanding how technical solutions can address both current and future business challenges.

The consultant will also:

• Analyze and resolve technical problems in relation to existing and future business environments.
• Recommend and integrate new processes into the existing systems.
• Support the development of a business unit s process engineering plan and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Assist in the continuous review and update of processes to meet changing business conditions.
• Identify areas for process improvement, document current processes, and design new ones.
• Develop process performance metrics and oversee the transition to new processes.

Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic advice and leadership on the future use of technology and business process improvements.
• Ensure processes meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Define business system requirements and manage project execution from strategy to tactical implementation.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of the organization s business systems, processes, and industry standards.
