We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to join a dynamic team providing virtual education services across the country. In this role, you'll use your expertise to deliver high-quality instruction and support to students from K-12 in a fully remote setting, ensuring they receive the same level of engagement and interaction as they would in a traditional classroom.

Role Overview:

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, school hours, with a flexible schedule
Compensation: Guaranteed hours and pay
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs
Attend IEP meetings as needed and complete progress reports
Collaborate with on-site teachers to support student success
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements:

Valid Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing license/certification in Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing deaf services in a pediatric or school-based setting
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills
