Your Role the Project and Change Manager, People and Culture Transformation, is responsible for managing processes and initiatives within the People and Community division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and change management. The candidate must be able to think big, move fast, anticipate and resolve problems, priorities, and communicate effectively with senior leaders.

Your work

Project Management

  • Support overall strategy, collectively presenting all projects in comprehensive reviews for prioritization, planning and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, prioritisation, and risk management.
  • Supervise project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
  • Liaison between People and Community and Subject Matter Experts to complete project deliverables while ensuring the project is delivering against timelines to successful project completion.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to partners and addressing any issues or changes in scope.
  • Lead all aspects of project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and partner acceptance.


Change Management

  • Build and facilitate change management strategy and framework for associated projects and overall people group strategy to ensure adoption and communication of key changes based on impact.
  • Conduct impact and partner analysis while using human-centered design techniques to understand people, process, and technology changes and project reaches benefit realization.
  • Define, track, and analyzes organizational, individual and change management performance metrics while identifying and mitigating people-related risks.
  • Partner with communications to build collateral for all relevant cross-functional collaborators- various people group teams and partners, business partners, leadership, HRBPs, leaders, etc.
  • Develop training plan, job aides or other artifacts to help ensure employees impacted by the change have the knowledge and skills vital to embrace, adopt and utilize the changes.


Required Experience, Education And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of project and change management experience. Preferred experience working with human resources or employee engagement type projects.
  • PMP/PMI certified.
  • Proficient in project management best practices, tools and methodology.
  • Experienced in change management best practices, tools and methodology
  • Ability to motivate project teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project or similar PM tool, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and flexible in fact-paced environments.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel a couple times a year.
