Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Triage Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your clinical expertise to provide remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services. You'll have the opportunity to evaluate patients' medical conditions through phone consultations, offer immediate care guidance, and coordinate appropriate referrals or interventions. Along with handling triage calls, you'll also respond to patient inquiries about medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone consultations to assess patients' medical conditions and provide appropriate guidance.
Offer support and education on health-related topics.
Coordinate referrals and recommend interventions as needed.
Respond to inquiries about medications, diagnostic tests, and general medical conditions.
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (in good standing).
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
At least two years of clinical experience is preferred.
Experience in triage and remote nursing is a plus.
