As a Collections Specialist, you will:
- Work on a 9-month project while the customer is implementing new software.
- Make 40 to 60 calls daily to contact customers with overdue accounts.
- Verify invoice accuracy, address errors, issue new invoices if necessary, or identify any unknown problems.
- Contact customers 2-3 times and involve the Branch Manager if additional assistance is needed.
- Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payments collected.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience during phone calls by being polite and respectful.
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: - Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Previous experience with collections software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
