About job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Communications Specialist to join our growing team in the Architecture & Planning industry. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote our firm's projects and services. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.

Salary Range: $22.50 - $32.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location: Philadelphia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans to promote projects and services
• Write and edit content for websites, social media platforms, press releases, newsletters, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create engaging content
• Conduct research to support content development and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Manage the firm's social media presence and engage with followers
• Assist in organizing and participating in public relations and media events
• Analyze and report on communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms
• Solid understanding of media relations and public relations strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
