Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Job Location: Midland, TX
Job Salary: $20-25/hr (Potential for higher based on background)
Requirements: Compliance Regulations, Financial Services, Audits
- Monitor loan status, loan performance, and borrower compliance
- Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Review cases that have breached laws and requirements, and work with regulators and concerned teams to resolve the issues
- Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations
- Reporting to management and recommending courses of action for compliance
