XXXX Construction Services is seeking a qualified Construction Estimator Project Manager with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to join a growing team in the Cleveland OH area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills is highly organized is a great problem solver is very efficient and has strong attention to detail & time management.
In this role you are responsible for estimating the cost of commercial projects. This involves reviewing project plans specifications and other relevant information to determine the materials labor and equipment required to complete the project. Minimum requirement of 35 years of experience. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
o Review project plans specifications and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
o Analyze and interpret project blueprints drawings and specifications to accurately estimate material labor and equipment costs
o Prepare takeoffs the scope of work and bid packages for commercial construction projects
o Communicate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes
o Analyze bid results and prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients
o Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction to project completion ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
o Monitor project progress and communicate with clients subcontractors and project team members to ensure that project goals are met
o Develop project leads.
o Coordinate and manage all projects and activities including scheduling budgeting and quality control
o Ensure that project documentation including contracts change orders and project reports is completed accurately and on time
o Business Development: We want to continue driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for
identifying developing and securing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Education & Experience
o Minimum education level of a bachelor s degree in construction management or a related field
o The ideal candidate will have at least 35 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and be knowledgeable of project management principles
o Understanding of construction methods materials and costs
o Ability to read and interpret construction plans blueprints and specifications
o Ability to budget schedule negotiate and control costs.
o A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents terms and conditions
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
