Construction Estimator / Project Manager (Commercial)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator / Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all phases.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary project information.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.
• Evaluate and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
