Job Description

We are looking for a humble, personable, and highly skilled construction project manager and estimator to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or restoration, will be skilled with numbers and Xactimate, and will have an excellent personality!

This position is in Miami and will require candidates to live and work in the Miami area

Construction Project Manager and Estimator Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with estimating construction or restoration projects
• 5+ years experience in construction or restoration
• Experience working with insurance field adjusters
• Personable and humble personality
• A relationship builder with clients, construction teams, and insurance adjusters
• Experience working with Xactimate

Construction Project Manager and Estimator Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Create estimates that are accurate and fair
• Manage projects from start to finish, including follow up with clients
• Forge relationships with building managers, landlords, and insurance adjusters
• Forge working relationships with construction teams and internal stakeholders

Construction Project Manager and Estimator Benefits:

• Base salary of between $65 - $75k
