Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Projects Over 20MM
Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary: $115k - $130k + bonus

We seek a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and multifamily construction, particularly with projects exceeding 20MM, to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects at a time, and managing all aspects of the projects from start to finish. This role requires experience with jobs up to $40 million and comprehensive knowledge of RFIs/RFPs, scheduling/coordinating with subcontractors, project closeouts, project finances, and all other aspects of construction project management. Candidates should also be skilled in Building Information Modeling and have extensive experience with scheduling software.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate project activities with Superintendent and Project Team

• Oversee project finances, contracts, and budgets

• Develop and maintain the project schedule

• Coordinate and implement the project budget

• Manage change orders, RFIs, RFPs

• Conduct meetings, prepare reports, maintain administrative logs

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management or related and 5+ years experience in commercial/multifamily project management

• Proven experience managing projects over 20MM

• Strong background in construction estimating, accounting, and document administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, various scheduling software

• Experience with COINS, Autodesk Viewers, and sharepoint Preferred but not required

• Experience with BIM
