Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, and sales marketing materials.
Write blog posts, articles, and case studies to support our inbound marketing efforts.
Create concise and impactful ad copy for email campaigns, blog posts and articles for our website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies across all platforms.
Experienced in keyword research to maximize reach and exposure to web and social content.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
Draft compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
Ensure email content aligns with brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives.
Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
Write sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.
Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver content that supports lead conversion.
Leverage HubSpot tools to create, distribute, and track marketing campaigns.
Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Proven experience in content writing for social media, email marketing, and sales campaigns.
Experience writing content in the US real estate, property management or medical fields is a plus
Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and platforms.
Expert in SEO best practices is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
