About the Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced Contract Manager, Contracts Administration to join a forward-thinking organization committed to sustainable practices. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Contracts Administration, you'll play a pivotal role in executing strategies and implementing global contract initiatives. This includes negotiating contracts, shaping policies, managing the contract lifecycle, and overseeing both new and existing agreements-all while championing sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote consistency in contract policies and processes across the organization.
• Develop and update contract templates to meet evolving business needs.
• Conduct legal reviews of all contracts and amendments.
• Enhance contract records retention using centralized platforms.
• Leverage contract management tools for analytics on contract term trends.
• Monitor regulatory landscapes to update contracts accordingly.
• Disseminate updated contract and signing authority policies.
• Train business units on contract management best practices.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals and terminations.
• Provide legal support during commercial negotiations and RFP preparations.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and off-boarding to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate internal approvals from risk stakeholders.
• Support vendor risk management to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Manage contracts inherited through mergers and acquisitions.

• Experience : 5+ years in a contract-related function.
• Business Acumen : Strong understanding of market dynamics and sustainability practices.
• Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts effectively.
• Contract Expertise : Deep knowledge of contract drafting and risk management.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external parties.

• Lifecycle Knowledge : Familiarity with the entire contract lifecycle and cross-functional interactions.
• Industry Insight : Broad understanding of commercial terms and industry standards.
• Compliance Focus : Experience in ensuring contract compliance and enforcing rights.
• Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
