Job Description

We are looking for a talented Controller to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic guidance. As the Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the accounting team and oversee their daily activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Coordinate audits and tax returns.
• Advise management on financial matters and provide strategic recommendations.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
