Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Channel Marketing Coordinator, where you'll support the Brand Marketing Managers across our diverse portfolio of brands. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are accurately represented on dealer websites and within marketing materials. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards and brand integrity through consistent communication and meticulous tracking of product listings. This role also involves coordinating marketing communications and campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive measurable results.
Core Responsibilities:
Dealer Marketing Communications: Assist in facilitating effective marketing communications and product messaging for US dealers, ensuring accurate representation across all channels.
Channel Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Managers to take ownership of channel marketing strategies, contributing to planning and execution.
Product Launches: Facilitate product launches within the dealer network, creating tailored build sheets, custom assets, and announcement emails.
Partner Program Development: Work closely with the Sales team to establish a partner program with select dealers, ensuring adherence to marketing campaign agreements.
Channel Audits: Conduct ongoing audits of dealer marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and relevance.
Website Auditing: Develop a systematic approach for auditing dealer websites, producing performance reports, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to request and refine marketing assets, such as web banners, email communications, and print materials.
Point-of-Sale Solutions: Design and implement point-of-sale solutions from concept through installation.
Communication Awareness: Stay updated on dealer communications across email, social media, and events to ensure alignment and engagement.
Training Coordination: Meet regularly with training teams to assess the in-store asset and training needs that will enhance sales and product understanding.
Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-structured and organized system for all marketing assets within internal storage applications.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is also required.
Familiarity with HubSpot and MailChimp is a plus, along with experience in task and asset management tools like Wrike, Miro, Dropbox, and Brand Maker.
A passion for music and a basic understanding of music technology and creation will be highly beneficial.
Knowledge of the US music industry dealer network, both online and in brick-and-mortar settings, is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent experience.
