Job Overview

As a CRM Specialist at Crewfare, you will be instrumental in optimizing our CRM processes to enhance lead tracking, automate workflows, and engage customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about improving systems, highly skilled in HubSpot, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, organize, and maintain HubSpot properties and tagging to improve lead tracking and segmentation.
• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline B2B sales processes and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and manage B2C email automations, including purchase flow, abandoned cart flow, and ambassador programs.
• Collaborate with teams to create personalized and engaging email campaigns for client outreach.
• Build a 2025 Product Roadmap and Client Roadmap Email Calendar to ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Track CRM performance metrics, optimize email deliverability, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
• Partner with the graphic designer to create visually compelling and on-brand content for emails.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, including property/tag setup, automation, and reporting.
• Proficient in creating workflows, email campaigns, and segmentations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Ability to design and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience analyzing CRM performance metrics and applying data-driven improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of organization and accuracy in managing multiple projects.
