We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dental Schedule Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient management of our appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Confirmation: Confirm patient appointments to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows.
• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling as necessary.
• Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
• Recall/Hygiene Lists: Maintain and manage recall and hygiene appointment lists to ensure patients receive timely preventive care.
• Office Collaboration: Work effectively within the team, navigating office dynamics with professionalism and maintaining organization around the office manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to adapt to the office environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
