Welder

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Position – Welder

Job Location – Oak Creek

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift 6am-4pm Mon-Thursday

Starting Pay – $30-$32 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of welding tasks, including fit-ups, butt welds, hardwire, and flex pulse welding.
• Perform vertical welding as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all welds meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding (minimum [number] years preferred)
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience with [list specific types of welding equipment used]
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
