Direct Support Professionals
WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES
WWAARC currently has Full-time, Part-Time, and Per diem Direct Support Professional positions available in our Residential programs. Our residential programs have availability throughout Warren & Washington Counties and shifts can be: evenings, weekends, overnights (sleep or awake) or any combination of available hours. The DSP rate of pay is $17.00 per hour plus differentials.This is an hourly position, and should you be interested – overtime is available. DSPs support and care for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community – and just plain having fun while making a difference!

No Experience necessary and we provide extensive paid training. Shift Differentials and a DSP Sign-on Bonus (for Full-Time 40 hour/Part-Time & 30-hour DSPs) are available for some programs/locations/positions. Some positions have the potential to make your own schedule.
