POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Driver to join our Warehouse team in Chino, CA. The Driver is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and keeping the facility clean and organized. The Driver will operate a flatbed truck to pick up and make deliveries. They will assist in the preparation and coordination of outgoing shipments; receive incoming shipments ; and collaborate and communicate with team members, customer service, service providers, the quality department and others involved in the shipment of products.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $21/hr - $25/hr plus mandatory overtime as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Accurately identify and gather products as required for shipping
• Conduct a daily building walkthrough (inside and out) for safety awareness and general warehouse organization
• Stock and maintain tool crib and crate/packaging material inventory
• Perform weekly scheduled shop material inventories
• Report shortages and needs to Warehouse Manager
• Support maintenance personnel in general building maintenance and upkeep as requested

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid CA driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to obtain certification to operate powered forklift equipment (stand-up and sit-down)
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
