Based in any of our office locations in Ontario or Alberta, or in an alternative location in the USA (subject to TULLOCH approval), the
Energy Project Manager will report to the Manager of Energy Engineering and the position's main responsibilities will include the management and implementation of portfolio-wide Renewable Energy Projects. The Energy Project Manager will be required to have strong technical and project management expertise in the following areas:
- A broad understanding of engineering disciplines applicable to renewable energy projects such as Geomatics, Geotechnical, Civil, Structural, and Electrical, including an engineering degree in one of the applicable disciplines
- Renewable Energy Generation markets
- Battery Energy Storage (BESS)
- Ability to manage programs from concept inception to implementation
- Management of clients, subcontractors, and consulting partners to deliver full scope engineering on renewable EPC contracts
- Scheduling and coordination
What You'll Do: As part of the TULLOCH Engineering team, you will:
- Be part of the Energy Engineering team who works on multidisciplinary projects
- Support the growth of the Energy Engineering team through external initiatives (business development and marketing) and internal initiatives
- Work with clients to guide, support, and develop project solutions that meet their needs
- Develop improved and more efficient engineering designs for energy projects
- Meet project deadlines and deliverables by managing the workload of various resources assigned to projects

Who You Are: - You have 10+ years experience working in a Renewable Engineering role
- Valid P.Eng. or PE licence would be an asset
- You have robust knowledge in civil road design, structural engineering, and electrical engineering (medium/high voltage)
- You have experience running full-cycle of project management within the Energy systems sector
- You have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards
- You have strong skills with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and technical design software
- You can exercise independent judgment within defined parameters and in alignment with business objectives
- You are willing to travel periodically as needed
