About job:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry while working alongside experienced professionals. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will assist in various aspects of event planning and execution, supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Help in managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
• Assist in creating event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Support on-site staff during events by providing assistance and addressing any issues that arise.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and management principles.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
