Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive household systems and maintenance plans. Lead and mentor a team including a butler, chefs, and housekeeping staff, ensuring peak operational performance. Manage all aspects of the property administration, from project management to financial oversight. Ensure seamless coordination with the family office and service providers. Provide comprehensive guest services as required. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years in estate management or a similar role in a luxury hotel or private residence. Proven track record of managing high-end estates with stellar references. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work legally in the United States. A valid driver's license with a clean record. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
