Summary

As an ​Experienced Test Engineer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use software testing skills, business knowledge, leadership, and project management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

  • Participates as a member of Testing team including leading large Testing teams.
  • Plans and executes the analysis of the testing requirements of a project in order to define and write a Testing Strategy and Test Plans.
  • Prepares estimates for the level of effort for large testing projects including number of resources and duration of time needed to complete the project as well as provides input to the master schedule.
  • Represents testing as a leader within the internal and client-facing leadership teams
  • Provides burndowns, metrics and status reporting for project testing to the leadership team on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Conducts daily stand-up meetings with test leads and testers to provide direction and review status.
  • Mentors test leads and test team members as needed to comply with testing standards and provide guidance on testing issues and questions.

What we're looking for

  • 8 or more years of experience in leading and delivering large scale testing efforts with Medicaid testing experience preferred.
  • Excdeptional in leading/managing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Exceptional in understanding requirement, design specifications, testing strategy; testing analysis and design and functional test specifications
  • Exceptional in testing processes and tools to execute test cases and scripts, analyze test results, report on testing progress and results, facilitate defect resolution and document final test results to execute testing engagement. ALM experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional in creating testing metrics and reporting on testing-related aspects of the project with project leadership and clients.

The pay range for this position is $116,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
