What You’ll Do🔥 Lead the charge in electrical and mechanical system startups & commissioning
🛠 Be the expert —review engineering designs, contractor RFIs, and technical specs
⚡ Keep it safe —enforce OSHA safety practices, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and arc flash protocols
🏗 Build with precision —work alongside contractors and vendors to test, install, and hand over critical equipment
🔍 Stay ahead —conduct site inspections and ensure top-tier quality standards
📅 Own the schedule —coordinate plant shutdowns, weekend work, and seamless project execution
📊 Report and refine —track project progress and provide feedback to improve standards
✅ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
✅ Deep knowledge of building codes & industry standards (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.)
✅ Safety-first mindset with expertise in mechanical/electrical installations
✅ Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
