Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Assist with Daily Activities: Help clients with medication reminders, mobility support, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Companionship: Accompany seniors to appointments and engage in physical activities.
• Household Support: Provide light housekeeping, prepare nutritious meals, and run errands.
• Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with healthcare providers and maintain open communication with family members.
• Provide Stability: Offer comfort and reassurance during unexpected or challenging situations.

What We're Looking For:

• All Experience Levels: Whether you're entry-level or experienced, we welcome your passion for caregiving.
• Heart for Service: A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others; experience is a plus but not required.
• Certification: CPR certified (American Heart Association) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Commitment to Safety: Adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
• Basic Skills: Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking, with attention to special dietary needs.
• Personal Qualities: Compassionate, respectful, and excellent at building relationships.
• Professional Skills: Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Physical Readiness: Capable of performing the physical duties of caregiving.
• Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in the U.S., willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
