Front Desk Receptionist-Overnight Shift-FlexStaff (TEMP) Location Syosset, NY :

Performs diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician.

Answering calls for a virtual urgent care and registering patients to be seen by a provider. Actively managing a provider's schedule. Additional tasks include calling hospitals for information and connecting hospitals together, as well as taking down information to be passed along to various parties.

Overnight Shifts

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12AM-8AM OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12AM-8AM

Responsibilities:

• Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:
• Typing various forms of correspondence
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
• Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax
• Recordkeeping
• Maintaining files and filing systems
• Taking meeting minutes
• Receptionist duties
• Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
• Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Prior clerical experience, required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
