Front Office Receptionist, Healthcare Office (Evening, Part-Time) Location Northbrook, IL :

The Center for Psychology and Wellness is a thriving and unique private practice located in Northbrook, IL. We have been serving the community for over 10 years by providing therapy and psychological testing in a professional and supportive environment. Come join our team in this part-time W-2 employee position, and work with kind people in a stress-free workplace! This part-time evening position requires the working hours of 3pm-8pm on Monday through Thursday, and 12pm-5pm on Friday.

Job Duties:

· This position is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks.

· Greeting clients and checking them in

· Answering calls, scheduling new referrals, and scheduling/rescheduling current clients.

· Communicating with therapists about their schedules

· Taking payments

· Excellent computer skills and ability to learn our electronic health record system.

· Organizing and straightening the office and restocking the coffee/tea bar

· Answering client and therapist emails

· Trouble shooting any virtual appointment technical issues (Microsoft Teams).

· Supporting clients with completing their paperwork, uploading documents, and completing client charts

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or G.E.D and/or commensurate experience

· Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Mental health or medical office receptionist experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
