Are you an enthusiastic, personable attorney looking for a flexible remote position? We are a national law firm dedicated to providing cost-effective legal representation to individuals seeking debt relief. As part of our growing team, we're looking for a full-time attorney licensed in the state of Virginia to manage debt resolution cases and offer exceptional client consultations.

What You'll Do:
Manage a caseload of debt resolution files, ensuring clients receive top-tier legal assistance.
Conduct a high volume of telephone consultations, guiding clients through the debt resolution process and making sure they fully understand their options.
Oversee settlements, review case files, and approve legal documents prepared by our skilled paralegal team.
Provide professional and patient client service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each client.

This role involves significant client interaction, so we're seeking someone who is upbeat, engaging, and comfortable with a high volume of phone calls. You'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, as long as you're comfortable using computers and basic software tools.

What We're Looking For:
An attorney licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
Prior experience in consumer debt defense or collections is preferred but not required.
A candidate who enjoys working with clients, is patient and professional, and can handle high client interaction with ease.
