In this role, you will work closely with leadership, including the Head of Product, founders, and the executive team, to meet ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company's growth strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives.
Optimize the revenue funnel, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and upsell tactics.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical abilities with a focus on key metrics and data analysis to drive informed decisions.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and test new strategies.
Experience with marketing, product development, and enhancing user experience to improve market fit.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive results and align on common goals.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in growth product management, preferably with consumer subscription startups.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around growth objectives.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a comfort with the fast-paced nature of startup environments.
Willingness to dive into the details to understand what drives success and what doesn't.
This position requires someone who can balance high-level strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution. You'll need to experiment quickly, iterate on strategies, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between product features and user needs.
