Job Description
- Job Location: 100% Remote
- Candidates must have a LinkedIn profile
- Required Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture with a focus on healthcare data
- Expertise in data modeling within cloud environments like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure
- Must have a strong understanding of healthcare data including claims, financial, and clinical datasets
- Proven experience in data integration, normalization, and governance
- Familiarity with HIPAA and PII compliance regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and remote team settings
- Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare data architecture at organizations like United Healthcare, Humana, or Cerner/Oracle Health
- Deep knowledge of integrating financial and clinical data, including diagnosis codes and claims file types (e.g., X12)
- Familiarity with FHIR APIs and other healthcare-specific data standards
- Interview Process: Initial screening followed by technical discussions with senior architects for top candidates
