About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You'll utilize your strong communication skills and understanding of recruitment best practices to build a robust pipeline of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening: Actively source candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking. Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Candidate Engagement: Establish strong relationships with candidates, providing excellent communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and interview results.
Compensation Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
Networking and Outreach: Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to build relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media
Proficiency in using PC computer systems and software applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Previous experience as a Recruiter, direct sales representative, or healthcare professional
