Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and personable Recruiter to join our team and help connect talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities. In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates as they go through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Recruitment and Outreach: Recruit qualified candidates for open roles, leveraging the latest social media trends and tools to find and engage top talent.
Applicant Screening and Coordination: Review applications, assess qualifications, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate with the Credentialing Coordinator for reference and background checks.
Daily Outreach: Make 80-100 calls daily through phone and online channels, using a prepared script to engage prospective candidates.
Social Media Branding: Build and maintain a professional brand presence across social media platforms.
Candidate Preparation: Brief and prep candidates for successful interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident.
Data Management: Track recruitment activities, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and other milestones, in our applicant tracking system.
Offer Negotiation: Engage in compensation package discussions with candidates, ensuring both parties are well-informed.
Career Fair Attendance: Represent our team at job and career fairs, and maintain strong connections with healthcare organizations and professional associations.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment, direct sales, or healthcare.
