Job Title: Recruiter

In this role, you'll play a key part in finding and guiding talented individuals through the hiring process, helping them find the roles they're looking for while supporting our clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Recruitment: Recruit candidates for assigned job orders, following a structured recruitment process to effectively fill roles. This includes leveraging the latest social media trends and using commonly-known practices to find the best talent.
Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and connect with qualified candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure they align with client needs. Responsibilities include initial screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews, as well as assisting the Credentialing Coordinator with reference checks and background verifications.
Candidate Outreach: Make 80-100 daily calls and contacts through phone and internet to potential candidates, utilizing a prepared script. Focus on clear, persuasive communication to attract top talent.
Brand Building: Maintain a positive personal brand across social media channels, ensuring a strong and professional online presence.
Interview Preparation: Brief and prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and ready to put their best foot forward.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and manage information on applicant flow, interviews, hiring decisions, and terminations/separations.
Offer Negotiation: Work with candidates and clients to negotiate compensation packages that meet the expectations of all parties.
Networking and Events: Attend job fairs, career expos, and networking events to build relationships with healthcare organizations and professional associations, expanding our pool of qualified applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of individuals and build lasting professional relationships.
Experience: At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC computer systems, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience organizing files, both digitally and physically, is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, direct sales, or the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
