Conduct Screenings and Interviews: Perform initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Manage Candidate Pipelines: Maintain organized records and candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system.

Coordinate Interviews: Collaborate with clients to schedule interviews and facilitate a smooth hiring process.

Build Relationships: Foster and maintain connections with healthcare professionals to expand our talent pool.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

Experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related role is preferred.

Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, roles, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a supportive team player.
