We are hiring for a Business Analyst System !! Please find the Job description.

Role: Mid level/Entry level Business Analyst Position

Location: Hybrid and Onsite (florida)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, H4 EAD & USC.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for customers.
Work closely with customers to identify issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Document and track customer issues using support ticketing systems.
Reproduce and escalate technical issues to engineering teams when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to improve the customer experience.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and customer documentation.
Provide training and guidance to customers on software functionality and best practices.
Monitor and maintain the health of customer systems by performing regular checks.
Continuously improve support processes to ensure faster response times and better customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a data-related field.
Experience with machine learning techniques or predictive analytics.
