Housing Manager

Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Housing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living Facility and Senior Apartments. This role requires a dynamic leader with a background in healthcare, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Duties:

• Manages Resident Care Assistants in collaboration with RN
• Provides tours and detailed explanations of services to potential residents, families, and referrals
• Maintain and monitor resident charts and clinical progress notes in collaboration with RN
• Ensure the delivery of quality social and activity programs for residents and tenants
• Maintain open communication to monitor satisfaction levels and respond appropriately
• Promote excellence in customer services and service delivery
• Develop annual operational and capital budget in collaboration with the CFO
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the Assisted Living Care/Housing field

Benefits and Pay:

• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm, weekend on call as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with senior population
• Active Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) License or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
