About the Position

As an Industrial Equipment Specialist , you will oversee the effective functioning of our facility's machinery and instruments. Your role is crucial in executing strategies that maintain our equipment at peak performance levels, both indoors and outdoors.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
  • Engage in projects aiding the production and coloring of mixes.
  • Facilitate hand packaging processes.
  • Manage the installation, upkeep, creation, and repair of mixing and production machinery.
  • Support setup processes, including drum changes and parts cleaning.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold the legal right to work in this country without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status.
  • Access to dependable transportation is necessary.
  • Ready to work overtime when required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Minimum of three years’ maintenance experience in a plant or distribution setting.

Desirable Skills

  • Holder of a valid driver's license.
  • Forklift operational experience.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus a $0.75 shift differential
